Please Note: In addition to the weekly/3nb prices, a damage bond of £100 is requested. This is fully refundable after we have cleaned the property and is at our (the owner) discretion.

1. To confirm a booking, a non refundable deposit of £100 per week must be received within 2 weeks of making the provisional booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the week(s) readvertised.
2. The remaining balance must be received 2 weeks before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the week(s) readvertised.
3. Any booking within 2 weeks in advance, must be paid in full.
4. Cancellations before receipt of full amount; deposit not refunded.
5. Cancellations after receipt of full amount; deposit not refunded, damage bond refunded but remaining balance subject to re-let of the week(s).
6. Payment by cash, bank transfer or cheque please.
7. **FOR 2012 ONLY** - All prices exclude towels and bed linen. These can be provided for a supplement of; Towels £15 per person, Bed Linen £15 per person.
8. Arrival can be any time between 3pm and 8pm, but with an agreed time. On the day of departure, premises must be vacated by 11am.
9. This is a no-smoking property and we are unable to accommodate children under 11 (babies accepted) or pets.
10. No liability is accepted by us (the owner) in respect of damage to or loss of personal property, or of any death or personal injury.
