Please Note: In addition to the weekly/3nb prices, a damage bond of £100 is requested. This is fully refundable after we have cleaned the property and is at our (the owner) discretion.

1. Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday.
2. To confirm a booking, a non refundable deposit of £100 per week must be received within 2 weeks of making the provisional booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the week(s) readvertised.
3. The remaining balance must be received 2 weeks before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the week(s) readvertised.
4. Any booking within 2 weeks in advance, must be paid in full.
5. 3 night breaks bookings only accepted 2 weeks in advance.
6. Cancellations before receipt of full amount; deposit not refunded.
7. Cancellations after receipt of full amount; deposit not refunded, damage bond refunded but remaining balance subject to re-let of the week(s).
8. Payment by cash, bank transfer or cheque please.
9. All prices include towels and bed linen.
10. Arrival can be any time after 3pm. On the day of departure, premises must be vacated by 11am.
11. This is a no-smoking property and we are unable to accommodate children under 11 or pets.
12. No liability is accepted by us (the owner) in respect of damage to or loss of personal property, or of any death or personal injury.
